Proposal

The proposal function can be used after a complete GeoAnalyst comparison and loop design or it can be used immediately after naming the project.

If a comparison exists it will attempt to select that unit as unit 1 in the proposal.  The proposal data is entered on two different screens:

•Customer / Equipment

•Dollars / Options

See below.  The resulting proposal is printed on the main print screen.

For large jobs, the Job Scope page may be used to create a free form job scope, which may extend multiple pages.

You may also use the "Thank You Note" page to create a simple Thank You Note with the Same Heading.

The proposal uses Company Name, Company Logo from the Title Page Setup Page.
